The Blackstone Metropolitan District (District) is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District was established under Title 32 of the Colorado Revised Statutes to provide public improvements, facilities, and services to the Blackstone community.
The District currently provides:
Operation and maintenance of parks and open space
Median landscaping and trail maintenance
Entry monuments
Trash service
Architectural Review
Covenant enforcement
The District is governed by a five-member board which is elected by the District’s residents and property owners that are registered voters in the State of Colorado.

Blackstone Metropolitan District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
